FRI Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the S&P United States REIT Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in common stocks that comprise the index. The index is a subset of the S&P Developed REIT Index, which measures the performance of more than 200 REITs or REIT-like structures in 15 developed markets. The fund is non-diversified.

XLRE Description The Select Sector SPDR Trust - The Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund is an exchange traded fund launched by State Street Global Advisors, Inc. It is managed by SSgA Funds Management, Inc. The fund invests in public equity markets of the United States. It invests in stocks of companies operating in the real estate sector including companies engaged in real estate management and development and REITs, excluding mortgage REITs. The fund invests in stocks of large-cap companies. It seeks to replicate the performance of The Real Estate Select Sector Index, by investing in stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. The Select Sector SPDR Trust - The Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund is domiciled in the United States.
