The investment seeks to provide investment returns that correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the performance of the Fidelity ® International High Dividend Index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities included in the Fidelity ® International High Dividend Index and in depository receipts representing securities included in the index. The index is designed to reflect the performance of stocks of large- and mid-capitalization developed international high dividend-paying companies that are expected to continue to pay and grow their dividends.

International Quantitative Momentum ETF

IMOM Description The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily-generally greater than 80%, but at least 65% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes-in equity securities of international companies that Empowered Funds, LLC ("the Adviser") believes, based on quantitative analysis, have positive momentum. A "momentum" style of investing emphasizes investing in securities that have had higher recent total return performance compared to other securities. It is non-diversified.
