FFLS Description
Under normal conditions, the fund, which is an actively managed exchange traded fund or "ETF", will invest at least 80% of its assets in long and short positions in U.S. exchange-listed equity securities and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). The fund may invest in the equity securities of companies of any market capitalization although the fund will primarily invest (at least 65% of its assets) in mid and large capitalization companies (companies with market capitalizations in excess of $2 billion). The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest not less than 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of clean energy companies. The sub-adviser defines clean energy companies as those that derive at least 50% of their value from one or more of the following clean energy businesses: (a) the production of clean energy; (b) the provision of clean energy technology and equipment; or (c) the transmission and distribution of clean energy.
