The fund normally invests at least 90% of assets in common stocks that comprise the index or in depositary receipts representing securities in the index. The index consists of 30 high dividend-yielding securities selected from the STOXX(R) Europe 600 Index, including secondary lines of those companies (where there are multiple lines of equity capital in a company). The fund is non-diversified.

FIDI Description The investment seeks to provide investment returns that correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the performance of the Fidelity ® International High Dividend Index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities included in the Fidelity ® International High Dividend Index and in depository receipts representing securities included in the index. The index is designed to reflect the performance of stocks of large- and mid-capitalization developed international high dividend-paying companies that are expected to continue to pay and grow their dividends.
