The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the inverse (or opposite) of the performance of the MSCI US REIT IndexSM. The fund, under normal circumstances, creates short positions by investing at least 80% of its assets in financial instruments that provide leveraged and unleveraged exposure to the index. The index is comprised of equity REITs that are included in the MSCI US Investable Market 2500 Index, with the exception of specialty equity REITs that do not generate a majority of their revenue and income from real estate rental and leasing operations. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund is co-managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc., Invesco Capital Management LLC. It invests in public equity markets of the United States and Canada region. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. The fund invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It employs fundamental analysis to create its portfolio. It employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. It does not invest in stocks of companies operating across include substantial involvement in the production of tobacco products, controversial weapons, engagement in cultivation, production or distribution of recreational cannabis, extraction of thermal coal, and extraction of fossil fuels from unconventional sources, among other exclusionary criteria sectors.
