CHGX Description

The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Change Finance Diversified Impact U.S. Large Cap Fossil Fuel Free Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets will be invested in the component securities of the index. The index was developed by Change Finance, PBC, the fund's investment adviser and index provider, and uses an objective, rules-based methodology to measure the performance of an equal-weighted portfolio of approximately 100 large cap U.S.-listed companies that meet a diverse set of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.

LEGR Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an index called the Indxx Blockchain Index (the index). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks and depositary receipts that comprise the index. The index is designed to track the performance of companies that are either actively using, investing in, developing, or have products that are poised to benefit from blockchain technology and/or the potential for increased efficiency that it provides to various business processes.
