The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Asia 50TM (the "underlying index"), which is a total float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index that is designed to measure the performance of the 50 leading companies listed in four Asian countries or regions: Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the price and yield performance of the MSCI China All Shares Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in components of the index and depositary receipts, including ADRs, representing such components. The index is a free float adjusted market capitalization weighted index designed to track the performance of Chinese exchange-listed equity securities.
