It offers various time and demand deposit products, including checking accounts, savings accounts, clubs, money market deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts. The company also provides a range of loan products comprising installment loans, personal loans, mortgage and home equity loans, secured and unsecured commercial and consumer loans, lines of credit, construction financing, farm loans, and community development and local government loans. In addition, it offers Internet banking, telephone banking, cash management services, automated teller services, and safe deposit boxes, as well as trust services. Further, the company provides a range of personal and commercial insurance products. As of August 29, 2012, it operated 14 retail locations in Dauphin, Cumberland, Northumberland, and Schuylkill counties. The company was founded in 1868 and is headquartered in Millersburg, Pennsylvania.
