The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the Russell 1000® Equal Weight Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, Frank Russell Company (the "Index Provider") compiles and maintains the underlying index, which is composed of all of the securities in the Russell 1000® Index (the "Russell 1000") "equally weighted."
