The investment seeks to mitigate the interest rate risk of a portfolio composed of U.S. dollar-denominated, investment-grade corporate bonds. The fund seeks to invest, at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. Dollar-denominated investment-grade bonds, in U.S. Treasury securities (or cash equivalents) and in one or more underlying funds that principally invest in investment-grade bonds. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that does not seek to replicate the performance of a specified index. The fund may also invest in other interest rate futures contracts, including but not limited to, Eurodollar and Federal Funds futures.
