This segment also offers SaaS solutions consisting of reservations systems, PMSs, marketing services for hoteliers to manage distribution, operations, and marketing across various channels and segments; and consulting services that optimize distribution and marketing. The Travelocity segment is engaged in the online consumer travel e-commerce businesses, which provide travel content and booking functionality primarily for leisure travelers. This segment provides Travelocity.com, an OTA for reserving, booking, and purchasing airline tickets, hotel rooms, rental cars, cruises, and packaged vacations; lastminute.com, an OTA that offers online access to hotel properties, and airlines, as well as holiday packages, car hire, theater tickets, and spa packages; and TPN, a B2B offering, which offers travel content and booking functionality to, and market and sell products and services through private label Websites suppliers and distribution partners.
