The fund invests principally in any one of or combinations of Financial Instruments, including swap agreements, futures contracts or forward contracts with respect to the applicable fund’s benchmark to the extent determined appropriate by the Sponsor. It will also hold cash or cash equivalents such as U.S. Treasury securities or other high credit quality, short-term fixed-income or similar securities (such as shares of money market funds and collateralized repurchase agreements) for direct investment or as collateral for Financial Instruments.
