The fund invests directly and through derivative to create its portfolio. It invests in higher quality below investment grade corporate bond and convertible securities which are rated between B- and BB+ by a nationally recognized statistical rating organization (“NRSRO”). It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up securities picking approach to create its portfolio. Invesco High Yield Select ETF was formed on December 9, 2022 and is domiciled in the United States.
