VMOT Description
The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Alpha Architect Value Momentum Trend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index and other instruments of the index. The index will be composed primarily of the other ETFs advised by the Adviser. Currently, there are four Alpha Architect ETFs, which invest in either domestic or international equity securities, and employ either a "momentum" or a "value" investment strategy. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund is a "fund of funds," meaning that it seeks to achieve its objective by investing in other Avantis ETFs (collectively, the underlying funds). The underlying funds represent a broadly diversified basket of equity and fixed income securities that seek to select or overweight securities that are expected to have higher returns or better risk characteristics than a passive, market-cap weighted index.
