The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Cambria Trinity Index (the "underlying index"). Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the components of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing components of the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to model absolute positive returns with reduced volatility and manageable risk, by identifying an investable portfolio of equity and fixed income securities, real estate, commodities and currencies.
