The fund invests through derivatives in U.S. dollar denominated fixed rate U.S. treasury securities with remaining maturity of greater than or equal to twenty years. It employs long/short strategy and uses derivatives such as options to create its portfolio. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Cboe TLT 2% OTM BuyWrite Index, by using representative sampling technique. IShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond BuyWrite Strategy ETF is domiciled in the United States.

The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the performance of the NYSE 7-10 Year Treasury Bond Index. The fund, under normal circumstances, creates long positions by investing at least 80% of its assets in U.S. government securities that comprise the NYSE 7-10 Year Treasury Bond Index ("index") and/or financial instruments that provide leveraged and unleveraged exposure to the index. The index is a multi-security index that includes all qualified U.S. Treasury bonds. The fund is non-diversified.
