It invests in the stocks of companies focused on making or applying industrial innovations which allow for improved products, processes, or techniques through advanced, responsive, or intelligent materials sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalizations. It replicates the performance of the Solactive Smart Materials Index, by using full replication technique. ProShares Smart Materials ETF was formed on October 26, 2021 and is domiciled in the United States.

TDV Description The investment seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the performance of the S&P Technology Dividend Aristocrats Index (the index). The index, constructed and maintained by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC, targets companies from the U.S. technology sector and select U.S. technology-related companies from the communication services and consumer discretionary sectors. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities. It is non-diversified.
