The fund invests in public equity markets of global ex-US region. It invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund employs fundamental analysis with bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. It does not invest in companies operating across alcohol, animal testing, armaments, chemicals of concern, contentious industries, fossil fuel extraction and refining, fossil fuel power generation, fur, gambling, genetic engineering, intensive farming, meat and dairy production, nuclear power, pornography, tobacco production and United Nations global compact violators sectors. The fund typically invests in medium-to-large companies based on standards of the applicable market. It will invest at least 80% of its total assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of non-U.S. companies, including common stocks, depositary receipts evidencing ownership of common stocks, preferred stocks, securities convertible into common stocks, and securities that carry the right to buy common stocks (e.g., rights and warrants).
