The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that will invest, under normal circumstances at least 80% of the value of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in exchange-traded equity securities of U.S. large capitalization issuers that meet environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) standards, as determined and in the sole discretion of Stance Capital, LLC. The Fund currently considers companies within the Russell 1000® Index and S&P 500® Index to be large capitalization issuers.

These algorithms sift through vast amounts of data to assess investor sentiment and identify stocks with the most positive news coverage. The process begins by screening US-listed equity securities based on capitalization, volatility, ROE, news coverage volume, and inclusion in Zacks sector and industry classifications. Selections are made based on the sentiment signal, which also integrates a sentiment momentum signal indicating shifts in investor sentiment over time. After the screening, the portfolio typically comprises the top 30 to 50 stocks, all equally weighted. Throughout this process, the fund prioritizes reliability, gathering information from reputable news outlets such as Zacks, Motley Fool, and CNBC.
