SPYD Description

The investment seeks to track the performance of the S&P 500 High Dividend Index. Under normal market conditions, the fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of the top 80 dividend-paying securities listed on the S&P 500® Index, based on dividend yield. The S&P 500 Index focuses on the large capitalization U.S. equity market, including common stock and real estate investment trusts ("REITs"). The fund is non-diversified.

XLRE Description The Select Sector SPDR Trust - The Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund is an exchange traded fund launched by State Street Global Advisors, Inc. It is managed by SSgA Funds Management, Inc. The fund invests in public equity markets of the United States. It invests in stocks of companies operating in the real estate sector including companies engaged in real estate management and development and REITs, excluding mortgage REITs. The fund invests in stocks of large-cap companies. It seeks to replicate the performance of The Real Estate Select Sector Index, by investing in stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. The Select Sector SPDR Trust - The Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund is domiciled in the United States.
