The underlying index is a broad-based, market capitalization weighted index that provides exposure to companies with high environmental, social and governance ("ESG") performance relative to their sector peers, while maintaining similar overall industry group weights as the S&P 500 Value Index. It is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Bloomberg US 1000 Value composed of large- and mid-capitalization U.S. equity securities that exhibit value characteristics. Under normal circumstances, substantially all of the fund’s total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index. The fund will concentrate its investments (i.e., hold 25% or more of its total assets) in a particular industry or group of industries to approximately the same extent that the index is concentrated.Grade (RS Rating)
