It invests in U.S. dollar-denominated debt securities issued by U.S. government, its agencies or government-sponsored enterprises and corporates. The fund primarily invests in investment-grade securities that are rated BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund invests in securities with varying maturities.

The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the price and yield performance of its underlying index, the Alerian MLP Infrastructure Index. The index is a rules based, modified capitalization weighted, float adjusted index intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of the United States energy infrastructure Master Limited Partnership ("MLP") asset class.
