The fund sell a security when it achieves its target price and is, in the opinion of the Adviser, no longer undervalued.

The investment seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Target Risk Moderate Index composed of a portfolio of underlying equity and fixed income funds intended to represent a moderate target risk allocation strategy. It generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index.
