The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Dow Jones Global Shipping IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index, as well as American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs) that represent securities in the underlying index. The underlying index is comprised of developed market-listed equity securities of companies that are classified as being in the shipping industry. The fund is non-diversified.

DMDV Description The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Developed Ex-U.S. Dividend and Free Cash Flow Yield Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index and depositary receipts representing index components. The index is designed to provide exposure to the constituents of the S&P Developed BMI Ex-U.S. & Korea LargeMidcap Index that exhibit both high dividend yield and sustainable dividend distribution characteristics, while maintaining diversified sector exposure.
