The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Indxx SuperDividend® Emerging Markets Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the underlying index and in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") and Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on the securities in the underlying index. The underlying index tracks the performance of 50 equally weighted companies that rank among the highest dividend yielding equity securities in emerging markets, as defined by INDXX, LLC (the "Index Provider"). The fund is non-diversified.

RFEM Description The First Trust RiverFront Dynamic Emerging Markets ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund. The Fund's investment objective is to provide capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in a portfolio of equity securities of emerging market companies, including through investments in common stock, depositary receipts and real estate investment trusts, and forward foreign currency exchange contracts.
