The fund uses a "passive management" approach to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund"s net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, will be invested in the component securities of the index. The index consists primarily of common stocks of U.S. publicly traded real estate investment trusts that focus on owning commercial and residential mortgages and mortgage-backed securities and to a lesser extent, publicly traded closed-end funds. It is non-diversified.

WOOD Description The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in or related to the timber and forestry industry. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global Timber & Forestry IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which is comprised of approximately 25 of the largest publicly-traded companies engaged in the ownership, management or upstream supply chain of forests and timberlands. The fund is non-diversified.
