The fund invests in the stocks of companies operating in the financial, diversified financials, mortgage real estate investment trust, real estate investment trusts, real estate, equity real estate investment trust, real estate management and development and real estate operating companies sectors. The fund invests in dividend paying, growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalizations. It replicates the performance of the Hoya Capital High Dividend Yield Index, by using full replication technique. Hoya Capital High Dividend Yield ETF is domiciled in the United States.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return of an index that tracks stocks of global companies that offer high dividend yields. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Global Dividend Aristocrats Index (the "index"), the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") or Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on securities comprising the index.
