The First Trust RiverFront Dynamic Developed International ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund. The Fund's investment objective is to provide capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in a portfolio of equity securities of developed market companies, including through investments in common stock, depositary receipts and real estate investment trusts, and forward foreign currency exchange contracts.

FEZ Description The investment seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the EURO STOXX 50® Index. The fund employs a replication strategy, which means that the fund typically invests in substantially all of the securities represented in the index in approximately the same proportions as the index. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index is designed to represent the performance of some of the largest companies across components of the 20 EURO STOXX Supersector Indexes. The fund is non-diversified.
