QTUM Description

The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the BlueStar Quantum Computing and Machine Learning Index (the "index"). Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index or in depositary receipts representing such component securities. The index consists of a modified equal-weighted portfolio of the stock of companies whose products or services are predominantly tied to the development of quantum computing and machine learning technology. The fund is non-diversified.

LEGR Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an index called the Indxx Blockchain Index (the index). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks and depositary receipts that comprise the index. The index is designed to track the performance of companies that are either actively using, investing in, developing, or have products that are poised to benefit from blockchain technology and/or the potential for increased efficiency that it provides to various business processes.
