The investment seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the performance of the FactSet Pet Care EW Index (the "index"). The fund seeks to invest substantially all of its assets in the stocks that make up the index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index. The index consists of U.S. and international companies that potentially stand to benefit from interest in, resources spent on, pet ownership. The fund is non-diversified.

WOOD Description The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in or related to the timber and forestry industry. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global Timber & Forestry IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which is comprised of approximately 25 of the largest publicly-traded companies engaged in the ownership, management or upstream supply chain of forests and timberlands. The fund is non-diversified.
