For its fixed income portion, the fund invests through other funds in below investment grade securities that are rated below Baa3 by Moody’s Investors Service or below BBB- by Standard and Poor’s Rating Group. The fund invests in securities of any maturity. The fund employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. Mindful Conservative ETF is domiciled in the United States.
