IRBA Description

iM RBA Responsible Global Allocation ETF is an exchange traded fund of fund launched and managed by iM Global Partner Fund Management, LLC. The fund is co-managed by Richard Bernstein Advisors LLC. It invests in public equity, fixed income, commodity, and currency markets across the globe. For its equity portion, the fund invests through other funds in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across all market capitalizations. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests through other funds in securities issued by the U.S. Government and its agencies, sovereign debt and domestic and foreign corporate bonds of any credit quality, including high yield (or “junk”) bonds, municipal obligations, mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities, inflation-linked debt securities and zero coupon bonds. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with top-down stock picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against a composite index comprising of 65% MSCI All Country World Index Index and 35% Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index. The fund employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. iM RBA Responsible Global Allocation ETF is domiciled in the United States.

GRID Description The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NASDAQ OMX(R) Clean Edge(R) Smart Grid Infrastructure Index(SM). The fund normally invests at least 90% of assets in common stocks that comprise the index or in depositary receipts representing securities in the index. The index is designed to act as a transparent and liquid benchmark for the grid and electric energy infrastructure sector. The fund is non-diversified.
