The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of 50 of the largest Indian equities. The Subsidiary and the fund will collectively invest at least 80% of the fund's total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the CNX Nifty IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which measures the equity performance of the top 50 companies by free float market capitalization whose equity securities trade in the Indian securities markets. The fund is non-diversified.

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the constituent securities of its index. WisdomTree, the index provider and parent company of WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. has created the index to provide exposure to companies incorporated, listed, and traded in India, while at the same time "hedging" or neutralizing exposure to fluctuations in the value of the Indian rupee relative to the U.S. dollar.
