It seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Medical Equipment Index (the "underlying index"), which measures the performance of the medical equipment sector of the U.S. equity market. The fund is non-diversified.

It's portfolio may include equity securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, including American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), and derivatives, including total return swaps.
