It seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global Infrastructure IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which is designed to track performance of the stocks of large infrastructure companies in developed markets, or whose stocks are listed on developed market exchanges around the world.

The underlying index reflects the performance of the price of West Texas Intermediate sweet, light crude oil futures contracts traded on the NYMEX.
