The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price andyield (before fees and expenses) of an index called the Dorsey WrightInternational Focus Five Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (plus the amount ofany borrowings for investment purposes) in the exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that comprise the index. The index is designed to provide targeted exposure to the five First Trust country/region-based ETFs that the index Provider believes offer the greatest potential to outperform the other ETFs in the selection universe. The fund is non-diversified.
