The underlying index is a rules-based index intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of the highest dividend paying stocks in the S-Net International Developed Markets Index. The fund generally will invest in all of the securities that comprise the underlying index in proportion to their weightings in the underlying index.

The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Pacer Developed Markets International Cash Cows 100 Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) in the component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities.
