ICAP Description

The investment seeks to maximize income and pursue total return opportunities. The fund, under normal conditions, will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of companies that pay dividends during normal market conditions. The fund will invest primarily in securities of U.S. companies, but may invest in foreign securities, including securities of companies located in emerging markets. To obtain high yield and total return, the adviser will favor sectors and industries that it currently views are undervalued on a relative basis.

UPW Description The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. UtilitiesSM Index. The fund invests in securities and derivatives that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as two times (2x) the daily return of the index. The index measures the performance of the utilities sector of the U.S. equity market. Component companies include, among others, electric utilities, gas utilities, multi-utilities and water utilities. The fund is non-diversified.
