It invests in fixed income securities with maturity between 1-15 years. It seeks to track the performance of the Adaptive Wealth Strategies Risk Managed High Yield Index, by using representative sampling technique. Xtrackers Risk Managed USD High Yield Strategy ETF is domiciled in the United States.

LQDH Description

The investment seeks to mitigate the interest rate risk of a portfolio composed of U.S. dollar-denominated, investment-grade corporate bonds. The fund seeks to invest, at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. Dollar-denominated investment-grade bonds, in U.S. Treasury securities (or cash equivalents) and in one or more underlying funds that principally invest in investment-grade bonds. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that does not seek to replicate the performance of a specified index. The fund may also invest in other interest rate futures contracts, including but not limited to, Eurodollar and Federal Funds futures.
