It will not invest in hedge funds. To achieve an appropriate risk/return profile for the fund"s portfolio, the fund will also "short" the securities of Underlying ETFs. It is non-diversified.

Invesco High Yield Select ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC. The fund is co-managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc. It invests in fixed income markets. The fund invests directly and through derivative to create its portfolio. It invests in higher quality below investment grade corporate bond and convertible securities which are rated between B- and BB+ by a nationally recognized statistical rating organization (“NRSRO”). It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up securities picking approach to create its portfolio. Invesco High Yield Select ETF was formed on December 9, 2022 and is domiciled in the United States.
