DFHY Description The investment seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the TrimTabs Donoghue Forlines Tactical High Yield Index. To pursue its investment objective, the fund invests, under normal market circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in component securities of the index. The index is designed to track the performance of a strategy that seeks to provide risk-managed exposure to exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that investment primarily in high yield debt instruments.
