The investment seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI EMU 100% Hedged to USD Index. The index has been developed by MSCI Inc. ("MSCI") as an equity benchmark for the European Monetary Union countries with the currency risk of the securities included in the index hedged against the U.S. dollar on a monthly basis. The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the index (including indirect investments through the underlying fund) and in depositary receipts representing securities of the index, including foreign currency forward contracts designed to hedge against non-U.S. currency fluctuations. It is non-diversified.

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Emerging Markets ESG Leaders Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets (but typically far more) in component securities (including depositary receipts in respect of such securities) of the underlying index. The underlying index is a capitalization weighted index that provides exposure to companies with high environmental, social and governance ("ESG") performance relative to their sector peers.
