The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that will invest in the equity securities of companies that operate in the global banking sector. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities that are part of the global banking sector and in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") and Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") that represent such companies in the banking sector. The fund is non-diversified.

EWO Description The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Austria IMI 25/50 Index. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts ("DRs") representing securities in its underlying index. The MSCI Austria IMI 25/50 Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Vienna Stock Exchange. A capping methodology is applied that limits the weight of any single component to a maximum of 25% of the MSCI Austria IMI 25/50 Index. The fund is non-diversified.
