The investment seeks to replicate the Market Vectors® Global Junior Gold Miners Index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. It will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in companies that are involved in the gold mining industry. The Junior Gold Miners Index includes companies that generate at least 50% of their revenues from gold mining and/or silver mining or have mining projects with the potential to generate at least 50% of their revenues from gold and/or silver when developed. The fund is non-diversified.

WisdomTree Efficient Gold Plus Gold Miners Strategy Fund is an exchange traded fund launched by WisdomTree Investments, Inc. The fund is co-managed by Mellon Investments Corporation and WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. It invests in public equity and commodity markets of global region. For its equity portion, the fund invests in stocks of companies operating across materials, metals and mining, gold sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. For its commodity portion, the fund invests through derivatives in gold. It uses derivatives such as futures to create its portfolio. The fund also seeks to invest in gold futures through its wholly-owned Cayman Islands subsidiary. WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree Efficient Gold Plus Gold Miners Strategy Fund is domiciled in the United States.
