The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the price and yield performance of its underlying index, the Cambria Foreign Shareholder Yield Index (the "underlying index"). Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the components of the underlying index or in depositary receipts representing components of the underlying index. The fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in instruments not included in the underlying index.

DMDV Description The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Developed Ex-U.S. Dividend and Free Cash Flow Yield Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index and depositary receipts representing index components. The index is designed to provide exposure to the constituents of the S&P Developed BMI Ex-U.S. & Korea LargeMidcap Index that exhibit both high dividend yield and sustainable dividend distribution characteristics, while maintaining diversified sector exposure.
