The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an index called the Dorsey Wright Focus Five Index (the "index"). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that comprise the index. The index is designed to provide targeted exposure to the five First Trust sector-based ETFs that the index Provider believes offer the greatest potential to outperform the other ETFs in the selection universe. The fund is non-diversified.

VTEB Description
The investment seeks to track the Standard & Poor's National AMT-Free Municipal Bond Index, which measures the performance of the investment-grade segment of the U.S. municipal bond market. This index includes municipal bonds from issuers that are primarily state or local governments or agencies whose interest is exempt from U.S. federal income taxes and the federal alternative minimum tax (AMT). All of the fund's investments will be selected through the sampling process, and at least 80% of the fund's assets will be invested in securities held in the index.Grade (RS Rating)
