It targets an estimated average portfolio duration of one (1) year or less. The fund invests predominantly in U.S. dollar denominated, investment grade debt securities and investments. It may invest in U.S. dollar denominated foreign securities, including emerging market securities.

IBDP Description The investment seeks to track the investment results of the Barclays December 2024 Maturity Corporate Index which composed of U.S. dollar-denominated, investment-grade corporate bonds maturing in 2024. The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index, except during the last months of the fund's operations. The underlying index includes U.S. dollar-denominated, investment-grade securities publicly issued by U.S. and non-U.S. corporate issuers that have $250 million or more of outstanding face value at the time of inclusion. The fund is non-diversified.
