The investment seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the FTSE UK RIC Capped Index (the FTSE UK Capped Index). Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the FTSE UK Capped Index and in depositary receipts representing such securities. The FTSE UK Capped Index is based on the FTSE UK Index and is designed to measure the performance of United Kingdom large- and mid-capitalization stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

DIVS Description

The investment seeks a moderate level of current income and consistent dividend growth at a rate that exceeds inflation. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in publicly-traded equity securities in dividend-paying companies that the Adviser believes have the ability to consistently increase their dividend payments over the medium term (three to five years). Equity Securities may include common stocks, preferred stocks, securities convertible into common stocks, rights and warrants.
