The fund seeks to provide a high level of current income as is consistent with prudent investing, while seeking preservation of capital, by investing at least 80% of its net assets in investment grade corporate debt securities and investments. The Fund may invest up to 40% of its net assets in foreign securities, including those in developing markets, and up to 15% of its net assets in non-U.S. dollar denominated securities.

The BondBloxx USD High Yield Bond Healthcare Sector ETF seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield corporate bonds in the healthcare sector. The Fund is newly organized, non-diversified and seeks to track the investment results of the ICE Diversified US Cash Pay High Yield Healthcare Index, which is a rules-based index consisting of U.S. dollar-denominated below investment grade bonds that contains issuers from the healthcare sector, including the health facilities, health services, managed care, medical products, and pharmaceuticals sub-sectors.Grade (RS Rating)
