The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Spain 25/50 Index. The fund will at all times invest at least 80% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts ("DRs") representing securities in its underlying index. The MSCI Spain 25/50 Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Madrid Stock Exchange. A capping methodology is applied that limits the weight of any single component to a maximum of 25% of the MSCI Spain 25/50 Index. The fund is non-diversified.

IWD Description The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large- and mid-capitalization U.S. equities that exhibit value characteristics. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the Russell 1000 Value Index (the "underlying index"), which measures the performance of large- and mid-capitalization value sectors of the U.S. equity market. It is a subset of the Russell 1000® Index, which measures the performance of the large-capitalization sector of the U.S. equity market.
